While a majority of the guests at Grandview are typically timeshare owners or those interested in purchasing timeshare at Grandview, it is not an “owners only” resort. Resort Location

The Grandview at Las Vegas is located at 9940 Las Vegas Boulevard S, Las Vegas NV 89183, which is about 7 miles south of the Las Vegas Strip. It is across the street from the South Point Casino and is about 7 miles, or a 15 minute cab ride, from McCarran International Airport.

Resort Layout

The Grandview Las Vegas resort is still undergoing some construction, but at the present time it is comprised of 3, 12-story complexes with a total of 624 rooms. The 3 towers are spread out within the campus along with two pools, two spas, and a main building for check-in and guest services. There is ample parking provided free of charge and buses stop directly in front of the resort for transport to the strip.
Guest Profile

The majority of the guests at the Grandview are either families or business persons looking for the convenience of a condo-style accommodations. Families enjoy the ability to prepare meals within the unit while taking advantage of the many family-oriented activities sponsored by the resort. Business travelers generally choose the Grandview at Las Vegas hotel because of the free parking and complimentary business center on the premises.

On-site Resort Amenities

There is a large sundeck surrounding the two Grandview resort pools and spas, and one pool even has its own rock waterfall. A picnic area with barbecue grills is located adjacent to the swimming areas. The staffed activity center hosts a variety of crafts, games, projects, and events for adults and children - some activities do require a fee. There is a video arcade/ game room on-site as well as a DVD library for rentals within the hotel. A fitness area is equipped with elliptical trainers, treadmills, resistance equipment, stationary bikes, and free weights is available for guest use. Free wireless internet is available in the lobby and high speed internet access is also available through the 4 terminals located in the business center. Additionally the Grandview offers free parking, 24-hour front desk services, concierge, security guards, ATM/banking on-site, a gift shop, newsstand, and fully air conditioned public areas.

Room Amenities

Each suite within the Grandview timeshare and hotel campus has an A and B side. Each of the sides of the suite are identical, and renting out both sides is ideal for large parties as each unit only sleeps 4-6. All units include fully equipped kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stoves, blenders, coffeemakers, toasters, dishwashers, flatware, and dishes. The dining area includes a four-chair table. The living room has a 36 inch satellite TV, DVD player, CD player, desk, sitting area, and sofa bed. There is a washer/dryer and iron/ironing board within the unit. The bedroom is spacious with a king-sized bed, 27 inch satellite TV, safe, and alarm clock radio. The bathroom has a jetted whirlpool tub, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and all toiletries are included. Each room at Grandview has climate controlled air conditioning, blackout drapes, dial up internet access, free local calls, opening windows, and smoking rooms are available upon request.

Resort Policies and Procedures

No pets are allowed at the Grandview at Las Vegas. Extra-person charges may apply and depend on duration of stay and hotel policies. Rollaway beds and cribs are available upon payment of an additional fee and should be requested at time of booking to ensure availability. Photo ID and deposit are required at time of check-in for incidental charges. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am.
