Operating under the name Point to Point Destinations, or West Coast Timeshare Ltd., this Vancouver, BC based company has been selling points based timeshares since their inception in 1999. In recent years there have been a number of time share owners speaking out against PTP Destinations, and looking for help in dealing with their PTP Destinations timeshare purchase. There is hope for the many PTP Destinations timeshare owners out there looking for assistance. There is an excellent web timeshare resource dedicated to informing, warning, and educating consumers about PTP timesharing called TimeshareRevealed.com. I have been alerted after reading on various timeshare forums of a potentially hazardous company known as Timeshare Rescue. Timeshare Rescue is one of several timeshare collection organizations, sometimes referred to as title transfer companies. These title transfer companies often appear out of nowhere, offering owners an exit strategy from their unwanted time share for a fee. These are often the only viable option for individuals who have been scammed out of their money in exchange for unusable and unmanageable timeshares that are worthless on the resale market. Unfortunately, the title transfer company landscape is just filled with corruption in a way similar to the actual timeshare industry, including timeshare resale.

There are a number of sites on the web that RCI members use to voice their complaints about past experiences they have had with RCI. A majority of these issues have to do with the inability to trade weeks once they are deposited. The inability to exchange weeks for vacations at other resorts is exactly the same problem that the class action lawsuit, Murillo vs. RCI (which is currently in the discovery process) is focused upon - the idea that RCI is withholding weeks for sales to non-members or for use by executives as perks.
