i would like to ask about timeshare. I purshased timeshare here in Vancouver B.C POINT TO POINT DESTINATION last year but i decided to cancel it still paying for the principal amount so i send a letter for cancellation and they said that i cannot cancel it. I did try to ask if they will give my money back of course not!!!!! Instead i have 2 choices first is walk away forget the money back but they will not sue me second is if i insist they will sue me and ask for the money that i have to pay the full amount that i signed. I read in one article in TIMESHAREREVEALED.COM that there is CONSUMERS PROTECTION ACT BILL 13.01 BUYERS RIGHT TO CANCE TIMESHARE CONTRACT. Please give me advise about this its giving me headache.
