Wyndham, Westgate and Other Developers

[ad#readmore]Has anyone purchased a timeshare that was pre-construction inventory that was not built within the timeframe listed? I have a relative that purchased Wyndham Desert Blue and the resort was under construction at one point and the construction stalled in 2009 and only recently began again. However, her contract shows a specific date that the resort was to be completed by and it is way past that date.
