The following is an owner-submitted story about Quail Hollow Resort at Beech Mountain Lakes located in Drums, Pennsylvania.
We own 2 different annual weeks, and have owned them for about 30 years – one is in June, and one is in August. This past week we arrived in our timeshare to find that the glass sliding door toward the lake had no latch to lock that door. We were also missing several interior light bulbs, and there were minimal hangers in the closets. The cable box in the master bedroom was not connected. Quail Hollow Resort in Drums PA – Maintenance
We were pleased to find that the interior of the unit was tidy, but the exterior of the unit has been extremely moldy on the vinyl siding for many years.
When we brought the issues listed above to the attention of the customer service staff we were told that there was not a maintenance person on staff, and they would call around the area to see if anyone could help. Nothing was fixed during our stay, and I am eager to return and see if any of the issues have been remedied.
