We received the following submission from one of our users regarding their experience with Lago Vista Buena Ventura:

“After years of difficult exchanges, this year the maintenance fees doubled, making continued participation not worthwhile. I guess it’s no surprise that my investment is now completely worthless. To add insult to injury, the management is unwilling to accept the usual deed-in-lieu-of-foreclosure, wanting us to pay the $300 real estate fee. I have no interest in paying another penny into this abyss. STAY AWAY!!”
